Brexit Update (Shipping to the EU)
We are shipping to the EU but note that orders crossing borders may be subject to local custom duties and taxes. These costs are out of our control and will need to be paid for locally upon receipt, by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information and costs before placing an order.
Due to Covid-19 there may be some delays with processing and delivery timeframes that are out of our control. We are doing our best to make sure delivery times are met as much as possible and appreciate your patience and support.
Tracking My Order
Once you have placed an order you will receive a notification email to let you know we have received it. When the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we aim to do this within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
We deliver to the UK, mainland Europe and rest of the world.
We aim to have your Lenny London pieces delivered to you within 3-4 working days for UK, 5-10 days for Europe and 7-12 days for International delivery. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we are unable to amend delivery locations or redirect your order.
All orders will incur a shipping cost of £5 for UK standard delivery and £8 for express delivery. £15 for mainland Europe and £25 for International shipping.
At Lenny London we pride ourselves on quality products and exceptional customer service. We are confident you will love your beautifully-made pieces, however, if you do need to return/exchange an item you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns/exchange form with the return address and posting instructions. You'll need your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.
Please note we can only accept returned items that are in the same condition that you received them in - unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged. In their original state with all garment tags attached and in our branded boxes. Returns are carefully checked and inspected by our team, we cannot accept items with deodorant marks, make up, fake tan or any other marks and fragrances. Please note we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on water bottles due to the nature of the product.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return and ensure we receive it back safely. We recommend using a trackable service, obtaining proof of postage. Please note that if all of the above conditions are not met we are not able to process a refund. For international returns, outside of the UK, return shipping and any custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
