At Lenny London we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and exceptional customer service. We are confident you will love your beautifully made pieces, however, if you do need to return or exchange an item you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
To return or exchange an item, please make sure to:
- return your item(s) in the original packaging with all garment tags attached.
- submit your return within 30 days.
- do not remove any of the labels, tags or branded logo labels.
- treat your items with care when trying them on.
- wear underwear garments when trying them on.
Please note, we will only refund or exchange items that are in the same condition as you received them in - unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged. Each item is carefully checked by our team and we will not accept items with deodorant marks, fake tan, make up or any other marks and fragrances. Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on scrunchies and water bottles due to the nature of the products.
Returns and exchanges are to be paid for by the customer, we recommend using a tracked service with proof of postage to ensure they arrive back to us safely. We cannot accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Items purchased in sale are not eligible for return.
