What size should I order?
Sports Bras and Leggings: We recommend you order a size up to what you’d usually wear as our fit comes up slightly small (for future collections our sizing will be readjusted). The style of our sports bras and leggings are body sculpting and designed to fit perfectly to your form using a compression non-toxic fabric.
Top: We recommend ordering your usual size. The style of our top is incredibly flattering using a non-toxic bamboo fabric that is slightly stretchy.
Sweaters and Hoodies: We recommend ordering your usual size. The style is beautifully oversized and perfect for layering, using an irresistibly-soft cashmere fabric.

The item I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
We aim to have all classic pieces in stock all year round. If a product is sold out, please select your size and colour on the product page. You will then see a button that says ‘Notify me when back in stock’. Enter your email address and you’ll be the first to know when it becomes available.
How should I care for my Lenny London pieces?
Care information and washing guidelines can be found on each garment. A general guide to caring for your Lenny peices are as follows:
- Machine cold wash on a gentle cycle with like colours
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
Where do you ship to?
We deliver to the UK, mainland Europe and the rest of the world.
Do you cover duties and custom charges?
We do not cover any duties or custom charges. We are still shipping to all EU countries, but customers in the EU will now need to pay duty and taxes on their orders. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties, which are applied to orders delivered outside the UK. You are responsible for any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package (the courier may request this payment before the order can be delivered).
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
If your tracking number shows on the carrier’s website that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Klarna and all major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express).
How does Klarna work?
You can pay in 3 instalments, which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments, with no interest!
The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you enter at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Lenny London and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
To provide the fastest possible delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
Can I return an item?
If you are not happy with the items you received, you have 14 days to return them under our returns policy. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. A returns request will be created by our team and you’ll be emailed all the instructions.
